The Grottnerhof in Novale di Fiè traces its roots back to the 13th century. This wine estate is first mentioned in the records at the times of the famous minstrel Oswald von Wolkenstein. Oswald von Wolkenstein is said to have caught birds here. The listed Grottnerhof was once a winery, later also a Törggele cellar, and then became abandoned for many years until the Pramstrahler family rescued it in 2007.
