Sauvignon Bubo
Bubo bubo - the Latin name for the eagle owl, the largest bird among the owls.
Stephan Pramstrahler has a very special relationship with eagle owls, having once kept one himself. The conspicuously large eyes and the upright posture have always made this bird an interesting animal for myths and legends: sometimes as a harbinger of luck, sometimes as bringer of bad tidings and often as a symbol of wisdom, as it was in ancient Greece. In any case a special animal for a special wine.
