At the Grottnerhof the grapes are pressed in such a way that the wine reflects the character of its surroundings and of the people behind it. The wines are characterized by their complexity, their lively and mineral notes and the special finish. Maturation takes place in a steel tank and in a large wooden barrel. It requires plenty of attention and takes a long time. Because Stephan Pramstrahler prefers pure wines, no cuvées are produced. All wines bear the names of birds with a strong character - unforgettable, just like the wines!
The creative genius behind the labels is the South Tyrolean artist Florin Kompatscher, who lives in Berlin.
